Rumor: iPhone 8 May Come in Mirrored Finish

Yous've probably used your iPhone's front-facing photographic camera as a mirror at some point in your life. In the future, you may be able to peep your mug by turning your phone the other fashion effectually.

Word has it that Apple's next flagship smartphone — widely referred to equally the iPhone 8 — will come in a mirrored finish. The rumor comes from leaker Benjamin Geskin, who over the weekend posted on Twitter that the 2022 OLED iPhone we've been hearing so much about will come up in four colors, and i will exist "mirror like." He later tweeted that the mirror finish may come in either black or silvery.

Keep in mind that the images in his tweets are simply renders to give you an idea of what the new mirrored stop might look similar.

Other rumors indicate that the iPhone eight volition have an all-glass front end with a virtual home button. "The full-screen design doesn't work with existing capacitive fingerprint recognition, and … the scan-through ability of the under-display fingerprint solution nevertheless has technical challenges," he writes. And so, "the new OLED iPhone won't support nether-brandish fingerprint recognition."
